Analytics Overview

PenguinMails provides two types of analytics:

1. Tenant Analytics (Customer-Facing)

Target Users: Tenant users (owner, manager, employee)
Purpose: Track email campaign performance, lead engagement, inbox activity
Routes: /dashboard/workspaces/[slug]/analytics, /dashboard/workspaces/[slug]/campaigns/[id]

Key Features:

  • Campaign performance metrics (opens, clicks, deliverability)
  • Lead scoring and segmentation analytics
  • A/B testing results
  • ROI tracking and attribution

2. Internal Analytics (PenguinMails Staff Only)

Target Users: PenguinMails internal staff (super_admin, admin)
Purpose: Monitor platform health, track business metrics, support executive decision-making
Routes: /dashboard/admin/*, /dashboard/finance

Key Features:

  • Platform-wide user behavior tracking
  • Revenue and financial analytics (MRR, churn, LTV)
  • System performance metrics
  • Tenant health scores
